Is there something I am not seeing, a way to create a ticket for a user, so the user can respond to the ticket rather than being initiated by the user?

@bloggy2013,

Yes, it is possible in WP Support Plus.
While creating ticket you can change ticket creator. In Create Ticket tab click on Change User and change the ticket creator.

Hi @bloggy2013,

Please goto Support Plus>Create New Ticket tab and click on Change User.
This feature is available in backend.
