Can’t add any blocks

    Hello! I simply can’t add any blocks. Tried to switch theme (from Kadence to Hello), deactivating plugins etc. Get error message that “this block can’t be inserted”. I should be able to add blocks as in a usual posts, right? So, there should be “Type / to choose a block”? For me it just isn’t coming. There is title then blank. Any idea? Thank you!
