Can [access] shortcode be used with multiple roles?

Hello.

I was wondering if it was possible to use the [access] short code to, for instance, hide a section of a post from everyone except the administrator [b]and[/b] the subscribers (for instance).

I am not sure if this plugin is overkill for the job, but I like how transparently it hides post. I just need to make sure that I can also view the “exclusive” content I’ve given right to another group.
