# cannot access general settings

 * all of a sudden I cannot open the general settings. all other options can be 
   opened. ??

   Settings?

 * nothing, it just doesn’t open but my browser is processing the link but ….I tried
   deactivating and then reactivating and even deleting the plugin and installing
   again. I deactivated the ithemes security plugin but didn’t make any difference?

 * this happened after I tried to disconnect the google analytics. this may have
   something to do with it?

 * Hi Avani,
 * Try deleting and reinstalling the plugin from the WordPress plugin repository,
   and let me know if that helps at all. There’s a handy Reset All Options button
   that might help in cases like this, but unfortunately that button is on the General
   Settings screen.
