Support » Plugins » Can a plugin that's been installed and deleted be reinstalled???

I accidentally deleted my Add-to-Any (Share / Lockerz) Plugin, which was enabling the shortcode for my Share buttons to work (I place a Share button in every post). And now the Share button no longer works as it should (it’s supposed to bring up a menu of specifically selected share platforms when you hover on the button).

But when I try to activate the plugin again, it’s no longer in my plugins list. And when I search for it through the WordPress “add new” plugin menu, it won’t let me install it, as it says “Installed” in the spot where other plugins have an option to install!

    Any ideas ???

  • Do you have your FTP details? If so, check your plugin list (wp-content/plugins), and look for the folder with the name of your plugin. If it exist, delete it, and then try to install it again from “add new plugin”. Hope that helps
