 * I have 26 posts. But when import, only import 7 post. These post are ok for content
   and images! But still have another posts can’t import! Although I have tried 
   some times!
 * I use the latest version
 * Please tell us how to do?

 * Can you open your csv in excel or google spreadsheet etc., without any issues?
   look for any breakages, fix it and save it as .csv. This will solve your issue.
