Can´t use Shortcodes

    hi im trying to use shortcodes but for some reason, when i click insert shortcode, the little window that suppose to appear doesnt.
    it just appear in the top of the page like a list made on wordpad and also is like behind the left tool bar.
    is like it doest have correct alingment, and with out showing the litle window that always pops
    i try to reset to default, but no fix.

    i cold upoload a pic but dont know how to sorry
