Can´t get widget to work

Hi,
This plugin was just what I was looking for and I had it working for some time, but now it seems to have stopped working. I´m not sure if it´s something I have done or is it is due to the plugin not working with latest versions of WP (3.5.1).

I want the sound to come when you drag the mouse over the small flag icons. Here is the code I am using for the colour ¨white¨:

Any help would be much appreciated.
