That means your account does not have admin access.
Can you be a little more specific please? I have disabled all of my plugins as well as only the woo commerce plugin and I can temporarily access my admin, although with many limitations on the back end. Re enabaling the plugin doesn’t change a thing.
Any ideas as to what I should be doing?

So this is not WooCommerce related. This is a WordPress level access. The account you’re using to login is not an admin account and therefore you have limited access.
You can try this fix https://wordpress.org/support/topic/no-access-to-wp-admin-2?replies=26
I have gone through my wp-config.php file to check that all of the data is set correctly, have checkd it with my databse in phpmyadmin and after reading this thread: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wp-admin-you-do-not-have-sufficient-permissions-to-access-this-page?replies=12 have checked that the values and prefixes of my tables are correct. Everything seems to be fine.
Im stuck.

Can you have your host roll you back to a date which it worked?
Mu host has checked the DB and everything is responding and working fine. It has to be something else which I can’t figure out. This is so frustrating.

Right they are correct that nothing is wrong with the database. This is not why you rolling back. You’re rolling back so that your login reverts back to when it had administration access.
