Campaign monitor doesn’t show up on the website

    I added campaign monitor plugin to my website, but it simply doesn’t show. Actually for once I was able to see the top bar, but apart from that I can’t make it work.
    Can someone explain me what to do to make it work? I’m surely missing on something as I’m a beginner with wordpress.

    Apparently now it’s working, but not very well. In particular on Firefox it doesn’t show up.
