Calling wpdb::prepare() incorrectly?

I am getting errors in my PHP logs that say:
Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /var/www/html/wp-content/themes/graphene/404.php on line 10
Looks like this is something that changed back in WordPress 3.5 that never made it into the Graphene files: https://make.wordpress.org/core/2012/12/12/php-warning-missing-argument-2-for-wpdb-prepare/
