 * Nice simple plugin.
    Realise this maybe because I’m running 4.2 and the plugin
   is only tested to 4.0 but would be good to know if theirs something I can do 
   to sort.
 * `Strict Standards: call_user_func() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback,
   non-static method WPStrava_RideShortcode::handler() should not be called statically
   in /Users/paul/Sites/paullferguson.com/wp-includes/shortcodes.php on line 286`
