This my first post to an old topic i recently found a better solution

Call to undefined function wp() in wp-blog-header.php on line… Its happens after the deactivation of the plugin WP-Super Cache.

The fastest way to solve this its to copy the wp-config.php to oldwp-config.php or whatever.

    Then copy the wp-config-sample.php to re-create a ew wp-config.php.

Open it and copy from the old wp-config.php file
    DB_NAME, DB_USER, DB_PASSWORD, DB_HOST to the new wp-config.php file and that’s all.

To finish just upload the new wp-config.php file to the root of your wordpress install.

    That’s it.
