Thanks for posting. This is an error created when Bracket Builder was separated from League Manager. (The problem does not occur if League Manager is installed before Bracket Builder.)
I have patched the development version of the plugin which you can download from WordPress.org. You ONLY NEED the mstw-bb-admin.php file.

I replaced the mstw-bb-admin.php file from dev version, but i get same error.

My mistake …
You need to grab mstw-bb-admin.php and mstw-bb-utility-functions.php from the development version.
That should fix it. Let me know.
