Call to undefined function is_plugin_active()

    Hello,

    I am having this issue once I open my website:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_plugin_active() in /home3/vuksanovic/public_html/wp-content/plugins/schema/includes/integrations/yoast-seo.php on line 73

    I have found two other threads where it was proposed to reinstall the plugin and I have tried that several times without success. I have also tried to reach the website while the plugin was removed/deactivated and I got the same error constantly. My website is down with days now and I getting very concerned :(. Thank you in advance.

    First step would be to gain access to your Hosing Provider’s control panel. Have you got that?
