I’m getting this error when selecting an existing Location from the dropdown.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function eme_get_identical_location() in /pathonmyserver/wp-content/plugins/events-made-easy-frontend-submit/emefs.php on line 317

Seems like a bug to me.

Confirmed. The function got renamed in EME. I released 1.0.10 to fix this.

hmm. This breaks my setup completely. getting this error:
Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'DateTime::__construct() expects parameter 2 to be DateTimeZone, string given' in /vagrant/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/events-made-easy-frontend-submit/emefs.php on line 164

Indeed … this error is probably caused by the fact that I released the new version with some code not ready yet (I thought it was ok)
But try if this fixes it:
