    Hi.

I just updated the JetPack plugin to 8.8.2 and our site started showing critical errors.

I turned on debug mode and grabbed the error/exception below. I had to deactivate the plugin to get our site back up and running.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks,

    Hi.

Thanks for the response. The site address is http://www.dharmashri.org. Just to reiterate, we had to deactivate the plugin to get the site back up and running.

    Any help is appreciated.

You’ll need to access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the whole /jetpack/ directory there.

Once that’s done, you’ll be able to reinstall Jetpack normally from Plugins > Add New in your site’s Dashboard.
