Call to undefined function

    When trying to activate this plugin, I get the following error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_current_user() in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-includes\capabilities.php on line 1281

    Any Ideas on this error? I added an include in capabilities.php (require_once(‘pluggable.php’);) Which caused another plugin to not function correctly.

    Would appreciate some help in this matter.
