Call to action for Advantage theme

Hi all,

I decided to use this awesome free theme. I say awesome because this is the first free theme i actually enjoy working on.
I would like to know if there’s any chance to make the “call us on:” and the number click-able? It would be important for me to make the one in the header like that because it comes up on top on the mobile phone. It is a locksmith business site so it would be crucial. I have managed to change the size of the letters and numbers but can’t get right with the callto action…
