    Looks like a great CRM plugin – however I’m finding it too complex – unless maybe I’m missing something.
    Ideally I want to be able to produce a list of contact for my tele-sale people to call, and a quick way for them to record the results.
    Is this something this can do, or am I barking up the wrong tree?

    It can certainly do that, you can turn off features under the extensions manager (such as quotes, invoices, etc).

    Where is the function for making quick records of calls? The only place I can find to record notes is in the contact profile.

    Yes you can make notes in the contact profile – where else would you suggest they’re added?

    Notes should be for info about the person. Call records should be a specific record linked to the person.

    You can indeed leave notes / call records against a ‘contact’ – this is all done on the contact edit page, under ‘Logs’. These are logged actions/events against a contact (e.g. ‘call made, positive response’, or a note ‘will call back Tuesday’)

    I guess that tells me where to find it – but honestly, it’s far from speed friendly. Need to be able to add a record without opening the contact page.
    I don’t think the product is going to suit our needs – but it does look good – apart from, has anyone ever told you that most of the text is way too big?
    Also haven’t figured out how I’d schedule 100 calls for one of my staff.

    Thanks for the feedback, we will absorb this into our feature request pile. Agree it needs to be quicker to add a log to a contact, and this’ll certainly be added fairly soon.

    Text size is a leftover from our initial versions, we’re doing some big Database improvements, after which we’ll be improving those UI elements.

    Re: scheduling calls – how most users are doing this is using ‘assignment’ to assign contacts to individual team members, then using the ‘last contacted’ column to work through them.

    We’ve an extension in Private Beta (called Automations) which can do this automatically in a ’round robin’, if useful.
