# Call failed

 * Added a site that I joined and every time I try to login it says call failed 
   contact support; I have tried importing the settings and wiping account and device
   and it keeps happening

   with your email address (which you used to create account on getkeyy), last device
   used for login, any website connect to keyy and your username on that website.

    I have yet not
   received any response from you on the last email I sent. Could you please confirm
   if you are trying to import your private key and post that you are getting this
   message_verification_failed error?
