Do you mean the user fields or actual custom fields you have added?
If custom fields you have added then I think this will get it:
$details = get_post_meta( $invoice->get_id(), 'payment_form_data', true );
where “$invoice” is the first parameter of the hook.
If you need more of an example just let me know.

One last thing, I created an item with recurring payments enabled.

As you can see in the screenshot, Trial is not enabled.
But when I got the email from PayPal after payment, that contain trial period details. The Product don’t have any trail. Can I remove this from email?

I’m pretty sure you can’t add the custom fields to the Paypal email but you can add them to our emails, there should be an option in the field settings.
