 * Is it possible to call banner without widget? My site is pretty complex and using
   this widget messing up banner. Maybe I can put trigger code to the header or 
   functions.php?

 * Unfortunately this plugin doesn’t meet my requirements. After closing banner,
   it keeps loading every page load. I decided to use another plugin with 24h cookie
   based message disabling.

 * If you go into OSD Outdated browsers settings you can change the cookie duration
   and which browsers the banner will open for. No worries though.
