Calendar works in plugin preview but not on pages?

The calendar button works in the preview of the settings pages but does not work within the blog.
The console reads:
Uncaught ReferenceError: showCalendar is not defined
When I disable the calendar, I still get the following console message:
Uncaught ReferenceError: checkDateOrder is not defined
