• On the main page, index.php, the calendar looks and behaves like it should. However, if I click on the previous month, the whole first week in the calendar moves to the right. Just the first week. The other weeks are fine.

Also, if I click on a post title, and the single page comes up, the first week of the calendar shifts a few characters to the left. ???

I’ve noticed the problem with previous versions of wp, with any theme, including the default one, and with ie and firefox.

What’s causing that and how do I fix it?

Sorry but I didn’t provide a link to my blog to illustrate the problem.

The link has changed, drop the /lunchcounter/ directory. It is now just http://rosscalloway.com

Meanwhile, I’ve upgraded to v2.6.3 and the problem still exists. Is anyone else having this problem?

Is anyone besides me even reading this thread?

    Please test it.
    1. Go to http://rosscalloway.com

    2. Scroll down to observe the calendar in the sidebar. Looks normal now.

    3. Click on any post title to bring up the individual post.

    4. Scroll down to observe the calendar in the sidebar. NOT NORMAL.

Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions.

I found the fix to this problem. Deactivate the calendar widget that comes with WordPress and download and install the AJAX Calendar. It behaves correctly and is high performance by comparison.

I had the same issue =D
    It’s like this, right?
    thanks for ur fix suggestion…

Exactly the problem is just like this with me as well. But it’s different for different browsers. Once the calender opens then it doesn’t get closed.

What simpsons quiz character are you??

I have the exact same problem:
    http://img.skitch.com/20090722-dx1g3j1ksai92qcwqung3bfyk5.jpg

Looks perfectly normal on the index page, but goes like this on pretty much everything else (single.php, archive.php..)

Anyone with any idea what’s going on? I only noticed this today.

And it’s not a problem with my theme, I’ve tested multiple themes and the problem persists.

I’ve also just upgraded to WordPress 2.8.2, still there.
