Thanks for using the Editorial Calendar. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with it.

This message often happens when there’s a JavaScript conflict with another plugin or theme on your blog. Have you installed or upgraded any other plugins recently? I would try temporarily disabling your other plugins until you can find which one is causing the conflict.

    Thanks,
    Zack

Thanks for such a quick response. I’ve tried deactivating all plug ins. I have zero knowledge of javascript so I’m unsure to how to begin searching for any kind of conflict or error. Any suggestions on how I can proceed and get the calendar functioning again?

Any chance I can log into your blog and take a look? You can create a new user for me with the editor role and send the information to zack@grossbart.com.

    Thanks,
    Zack

    Zack,

How did you fix this? I have the same plugins on two sites upgraded to the 3.5 and only one site isn’t working. I get that same error.

Cannot live without my Editorial Calendar! 🙂

    Hi Zack,

I’m having the same problem. I disabled and reenabled all my plug-ins and found the conflict was with “WEBphysiology Portfolio.” Any suggestions on getting them to play nicely together?

    Thanks!

    Laurel

Wait, found an option in WEBphysiology Portfolio to disable it’s use of “jQuery v1.7.1 from Google.” Did that, and now the Editorial Calendar Plug-in is working. Whew!

Hey Zack, I’m having a server config error too. I’m not sure what’s going on. I would be glad to create a user for you on the site.
    Here’s what happens.
After I get the calendar installed, and go to check the calendar, I am getting a “you don’t have permissions to access this page. Internal server configuration error” message.

Can you help. Are there server settings I can check to get your plugin to work?

    Hey Burnsey,

I logged into your blog, but the calendar came up fine for me. I was able to see your posts and scroll into the past and load more.

I’ve never see a permission error in the calendar. There are some cases where it doesn’t show up if you don’t have permission to view it, but it doesn’t show an error. Where you logged in as the administrator or some other user?

By the way… You might want to delete the account you created for me or at least change the password. Anyone on the Internet can log into your blog and change your posts now.

    Cheers,
    Zack
