    Hi @nopus,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us here! Just to make sure that I’m understanding you correctly, are you looking to have a calendar that all site visitors can view or a calendar that all site visitors can add events to? If it’s just the first one, The Events Calendar should be accessible to the public by default, as long as your site is configured properly–if you’re not seeing that behavior, we’d love to take a closer look! Feel free to reply with a link to your site, and we’ll investigate further from there.

If you’re looking to set up a calendar that any site visitors can add events to, this feature isn’t supported by The Events Calendar by default. You’ll need to add on our premium plugin Community Events, which will allow you to receive and manage event submissions from any visitors to your site.

Let me know if one of these helps to answer your question or if you should have any other concerns here! 🙂 Cheers, and thanks again for stopping by!

So i want dose our Visitors can see the Calendar. That just possible when we only have “Public” Events. That mean when not one of the events is reserved for registerd users.

    Kalendar with a free Event

As soon as i put a limited event on the list, the hole kalendar becames the error:
“Sorry, but you do not have permission to view this content.”
I also can t change the premission of the site where the kalendar is written on.
“BLOGARCHIV” –> looks for me where it is put on. “would be nice to create automatic a site under the “site” part so we can change some settings on it.
I saw i could do it with the shordcodes but thats just possible for the Pro edition. 😉
And at the moment i have too much problems with the Calendar to buy and it is a bit too expensive in my eyes but that just my opinion. ^^

    Best wishes Lukas 😉

    Hi there!

I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

I’m not sure I understand exactly what you want to achieve. But it seems you are limiting the access to the calendar by limiting the access to certain parts of your site via a customization or using a third party plugin.

We can’t give support for custom development questions like this, but as a reference, you can mark an event’s visibility as private and it won’t show up in the calendar unless you have proper permissions. But you should still be able to see the calendar itself.

I hope it helps. Let us know if you have any other questions or issues!

    Best,
    Victor
