Calendar icon appearing in text box

Hi there,

Bit of a weird problem. I’ve created a reservation form using this plugin. However when I add a text box it displays a clendar icon in the text field. It looks like a date field.

The code in the contact form for the email text field is:
[text* text-704 placeholder "email address"]

I’ve also tried changing the tag to an email one but I get the same problem.

Any ideas on what is the problem?
