# Calendar Form

 * I need to have a little calendar in the form so that the users can set dates 
   and submit the form, is it possible? Also, want to have a country list, will 
   you help me to add it?

 * Please use **Date field** and check **Show Date Picker Button** option.
    Also,
   go to **User Info Fields** and add **Country List **field.
