    Hi,

Does the free or pro version of the plugin have the ability to show events for logged in users (private events) and public events?

I’m looking to create a public calendar (does not show the private events for members) and a private calendar (user needs to be logged in to see all events).

Wondering if there is a way to do this with your plugin?

    Hi @jinsley8,

Thanks for reaching out to us. That’s a good question. Out of the box, it is not possible with our plugin. However, it should be possible with third-party membership plugins.

See this article here where we have compared different membership plugins:
    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/guide/the-events-calendar-membership-plugins/

I’d encourage and recommend you to request for a demo before purchasing the Pro Version. So you could test and try out our products to check if it meets the requirements for your project.

If you already purchased and if things don’t work out for you and don’t fit your requirements. We will be glad to refund you within 30 days of payment, whether it is initial payment or renewal — see our refund policy here.

Let me know if this helps, or if you have other questions. I’d be glad to answer and assist you further.

    Best,
    Abz

Thanks, my client uses an Ontraport integration for membership so that probably wouldn’t work.

The CSS solution in this link may be the best bet: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/making-a-members-only-calendar/

You could look at the ElementsKit (if you use Elementor) plugin which has a feature for conditional control – specifically can display content if logged in.
