  • I have the same issue since the updating last night. The feed has yet to update. We need that refresh button and the ability to delete and change the feed. Thank you

    Same issue here.

Before there was a button that forced the update of the events, that has been lost too.

My calendar feed still has not updated. Latest WP and All-in-one.

My calendar finally updated, but only added one of the several events added.

First thing noted. My feed was once named like the google feed coming in. Now it simply says “calendar.google.com”. I know I would like to know what feed is coming in to make sure I have the correct one. Not just a generic name.

Next, I have a refresh button now but the events are not being pulled from the google calendar. It says refreshing, goes through the motions, but does not add the new events nor does it modify changed events. Basically the button does nothing.

    Still broke. 🙁

    Hi all!

Usually when the “Your feeds will be migrated at the next scheduled refresh” doesn’t go away, is because there is some problem with the WP cron, which may not be working properly. Using any WP cron tasks manager, please check if “ai1ec_cron” hook is scheduled to run every hour. This hook is installed automatically when installing the plugin.

The first thing that has to be checked is if WP cron is running.

Ill look at it. The interesting point is that this is the only site we are having issues with. The one that has the updated calendar plugin. It work fine the day before the update.

OK here’s what I’ve found so far. If I delete the feed and reinstall it it updates correctly, but once it’s installed it will not refresh any new changes.

So the only way to update urgent changes is to delete then reinstall the feed.

Also where do we set how often the feed is checked? It seems to be missing also.

At least we are starting to move in the right direction. Getting close.

    Hi Larry_D!

About the feed refresh, it may take some time to refresh on the API side (up to 1 hour) and we are working to improve it.

At this moment the feed is refreshed every hour and it’s defined in the WP cron jobs (the hook name is ai1ec_cron).

    Thanks!

It still doesn’t refresh hourly. I have tested this several times. And if it is to hourly. Is it the top of every hour? Is there a specific time?

What is the point of the refresh button if it does not refresh your content?

I am having the same issue, as well. I manually refreshed ok, but cannot find a setting for how frequently it refreshes and it definitely is not refreshing on its own.

Is there any documentation on how to see if cron is working properly? In my cpanel I found that wp-cron is already being called. But how can I test it manually to see if events are imported?

    thank you.

@gringom – Please install “Advanced Cron Manager” plugin and check what processes are scheduled(Dashboard > Tools > Cron Manager). The task that updates the feeds in Ai1ec is called ai1ec_cron. Check what time Advanced Cron Manager says it will run it.

    Thanks for the answer @benjamin.

    It says it’ll update hourly.

Ok, I just saw the update button on the feed, but it keeps on getting imported 0 events and now my feed is empty (and I never told it to remove what existed).

This is the public (html) feed:
    https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/79f0605d815f4765981d10061dff3ce2@anj.org.br/38ff180b09d54a11b30a9f8d2c3e7dbc3830783269848265759/calendar.html

I only change the .html to .ics

    Hi gringom!

Can you please try refreshing manually the feed? I’ve forced a feed refresh on our side.

    Thanks!
