It seems I can create an event but any subsequent edits are not saved. I am using the version shipped with Avada.
Are you using Safari to make updates? It seems like that maybe a similar issue across the board.

Thank you for reaching out and apologies for the inconvenience. The behavior (as described) seems like something that our development team is already aware of and looking into (see: Events revert to current or swapped date after save).
The behaviour I described is nothing like the behaviour reported in the link you posted.

Please update all your plugins, we recommend updating and testing on a staging site first to be safe.
