    Hello.
    Its seems like some conflict with some of active plugins or actual theme.
    Please try to deactivate on by one your active plugins, for rechecking if its fix issue or not. If its not help , please try to deactivate the actual theme and activate the default one. Just need to find the reason of this issue.

    Good point! It was the theme. It was also working correctly for about a year and then recently the calendar stopped showing, maybe because of an update? The theme itself has not been updated in a year. Any ideas on how to make it work with the theme?
