    Dear Sir/Mam:
After updating from version 16.1 to 16.2 nothing was displayed in the calendar, and I had to return the plugin to version 16.1.
Now, after updating 16.1 to 16.3, it’s still a problem, as I’ve defined two employees, and appointments are displayed when I click on the staff name, but when I click on the all I do not show anything.

you must know that i have pro version of your plugins.

    best warm regards

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us.
Please check first if you have everything up to date, especially the Bookly Pro add-on should be updated to v1.1.
If the issue is still actual, then please contact us at support@bookly.info with the issue description. Also please include the purchase code (customer support is currently reserved for users with a regular license of Bookly and valid support pack)

    Regards,
    Olga

Exactly the same issue, even on a clean install. The calendar and progress bar does not work.

    Hi,

Sorry for a late reply, we are overloaded with tasks these days.
If the issue is still actual, please check the update to v16.4 and the Bookly Pro add-on to be updated to v1.1.
If the issue will still be present, then please contact us at support@bookly.info with the issue description. Also please include the purchase code (customer support is currently reserved for users with a regular license of Bookly and valid support pack)

    Regards,
    Olga

I can just emphasise – if you are on the 16.1 version. Don’t update. Bookly are removing features without notice.

    Hi Bjarne,

Please take into account that we don’t remove any features after an update. This behavior occurred because you installed the plugin from codecanyon, which is designated for new licenses, that’s why you have missing features. If you update the plugin in WordPress then you won’t lose anything that your license contains.

Sorry but you are denying the situation you brought your customers are in?. If you look at the screenshot, the WordPress plugins dashboards, shows an update from 16.1 to 16.4.. If I press updates, the “Custom Fields” feature is gone…

I think we can agree that, that is an ordinary update from WordPress.org repo, not code canyon, or?

Obviously the plugin was INITIALLY installed from CodeCanyon where, it was purchased.

    Hi,

Please be advised that we never remove existing features from the default paid version but keep enhancing the plugin’s functionality by adding new features to Bookly. Some features were released as add-ons more than a year ago but all customers who bought Bookly before this, retained purchased functionality with no additional charge. Probably you’ve been trying to update Bookly using FTP or there’s is another issue but please don’t worry – all functionality that you used before should be available in your configuration and you don’t need to purchase Custom Fields add-on additionally. Please contact us via support@bookly.info and our support team will assist you (we recommend to check the validity of your support pack first as we follow Envato Item Support Policy and are not able to provide support to users with invalid support pack). Thank you!

Hi, congrats for this amazing plugin! 🙂

My shortcode calendar to let user to sign up to an appointment on the front end also stopped to work. It just keeps loading forever. I hold a code canyon license as well. Even the plugin installed with just the free version is with this bug. However, when I am logged, it is working. Is that happening for every body? I already sent you guys an email but still did not get an answer about the issue.

    Thank you very much! 😉

    Hi,

Our team is investigating this matter and will get back to you. This behavior is probably generated by a third party plugin.
