Our events calendar has two types of events:
Members only evnets – free to members.
Non Members events – a fee must be paid to book these.
(They’re physically the same event, but from a bookings perepective they’re configured as seperate events.

If you navigate to our event calendar from the site’s dropdown menus, (Members Only > Bookings) only the Non-Members events are visible.
If you view all the events for any given date (clicking on the date number) both Members and Non Members events are displayed.
Depending how you go back to the calendar, you get different results:
    – If you go <back> via the browser’s controls, both events are now visible in the calendar.
    – If you click on the calendar icon and then on <Month>, both events are now visible in the calendar.
    – If you navigate back via the site’s dropdown menus, (Members Only > Bookings), only the Non-Members events are visible.

Any idea how to make the events display consistently?

    Hey @emindade,

Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

I am only able to see non-member events no matter how I access the calendar. It may be that you were previously logged in as a member, and the browser had cached the page already. I see that you are using the Events for Members-Only Free Add On (separate support area), but since this is regarding functionality from The Events Calendar, please reach out to their team: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar/

I hope this points you in the right direction. If I have misunderstood, please let me know.

    Kind regards,

    Michael

@eyeghoti I’m just following up to see if you resolved this issue? I tried this on my browser and only see non-member events.

It may be caching causing this issue, although I don’t want to just dismiss this issue to caching but it may be something to look into.

I am going to spend a little bit of time to try and replicate this on my own test site as we did have this issue in the past (around the end of 2021 that was fixed).

If I am able to replicate this issue consistently on my own local site, I’ll update you here.

Apologies for not replying to this.
FYI The problem seems to be resolved by changing the caching option within the plugins settings.
