# Calendar datepicker doesn’t load

 * I have some datepickers in a form I’m rolling out. The calendar icon displays
   in the field, but clicking it doesn’t pop up a calendar. Can I roll back to a
   previous version until it gets fixed? I need this live right away. Thanks.

 * When I clicked the _Preferred Date_ and _Alternate Date_ fields, the calendar
   pop-up opened for me. I couldn’t find any issues related to the calendar pop-
   up.

 * It only works now, because I wrote an HTML script to run that temporarily fixes
   it. The bug persists. Unfortunately, WPMUDEV does not offer any support, tickets,
   or chat for Forminator lite, so I am unable to get this bug into their hands.
   I believe this is a huge mistake on their part. As I create other forms, I will
   need to insert the HTML script just above/before a form with a datepicker.

 * Thank you for sharing an update on why it currently works on your website.
 * Regarding

 * We review the Forminator support topics via this forum itself, and if needed 
   we can also escalate issues to the Forminator developers. However, before it 
   is escalated it as a bug, we will need to troubleshoot the issue further. As 
   I tried to replicate the issue that you are referring to, but the Calendar datepicker
   works fine on my lab environment.
 * This could also mean that the issue could be specific to your setup and we would
   like to troubleshoot it in that direction.
 * Since this is a live site, and as you’ve already added a script that acts as 
   a workaround for the issue, would it be possible to setup a test page by duplicating
   the form so that we can replicate the issue on your site frontend and check if
   there are any console errors which could point us in the right direction?
 * Additionally, will it be possible for you to export your form and share it with
   us? So that we can import it on our lab environment and test if the issue is 
   replicated?
 * To share the form export
    – Navigate to the “Forminator -> Forms” page in your
   site’s back-end – click on a little “gear” icon next to the form in question –
   select “Export” option – copy given export code and paste it at https://pastebin.
   com – include link to that paste in your response below.
 * _Note: this export will not include any data that is already submitted – they’ll
   stay safely on your site and we don’t need them anyway._

 * As mentioned in our earlier response, we were unable to replicate the issue on
   a lab site, and it seems to be a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme.
 * Can you please open a separate ticket specifically for your website so that we
   can take a deeper look at the issue and help you further?
