Support » Plugin: Modern Events Calendar Lite » Calendar appears to reference UTC timezone; unaffected by WP timezone settings

Here we are in the last 4-5 hours of June, but the calendar is already showing July as the current month (and July 30 as the current day!).

I checked the WP timezone settings and they are set properly. Backing the timezone up even further has no effect: still shows we’re in July. As far as I can see, there is no timezone setting in the calendar plugin itself, so I assume it’s meant to use the WP timezone setting.

This is on a local setup, so sorry, no way to provide access.

  • Although I did not get a direct response from the plugin developer, this problem seems to have resolved with the July 2, 2019 update.
