    Hello,

Thank you for such a nice plugin. I just installed Caldera Forms today, and I am using the ET’s Divi. Now that I’ve created my first form, I tried adding it to my text module in “Visual” mode, but it keeps giving me a rectangular box with a spinning green arrow in it. So then I added it in “Text” mode, and it added the shortcode there, but the “Visual” mode still shows the rectangle with the spinning green arrow.

I’ve also tried adding it via my Default editor, but the same thing happens. And when I test the form, it accepts the information but doesn’t send it to my email. I tried 3 times and at no time did I receive an email.

So, I’m not sure what’s happening. Can you please assist?

    Kind Regards,

    Jacquie …

    Hi, Josh!

Thank you kindly for your reply. While I was waiting to hear back, I figured out what the problem was. Apparently, I had the “Custom Forms” option set in the “CleanTalk” plugin I use and it was blocking the form each time I tried to send it. Once I turned that option off, it worked fine … or at least it appears to be working fine right now.

So, I think I’m OK for now Josh. But again, thank you for your reply, and going forward, I will be sure to open a support ticket on your site.

    Kind Regards,

    Helo jmarshane116,

    Thank you for feedback.

Please let us a few days to test the Caldera forms and Spam protection by CleanTalk. If you and Caldare authors don’t mind, we will post the results here.

    Thank you.

    Oh, Hi, Denis!

Thank you for your input. I certainly don’t have a problem with you posting your results here. It will be interesting to learn about your findings.

Although I didn’t mean to imply that CleanTalk had any issues. When I identified what was happening, I just assumed that’s how your plugin worked, and that I needed to turn off the blocking of Custom Forms so they would complete and send the emails.

But if I may, I did notice that CleanTalk is blocking @gmail.com; @yahoo.com; and other email extensions that are actually valid. So I have to consistently go through the list and mark them all as “Not Spam” so it won’t treat them as such.

But other than that, I’ve not had any issues that I’ve noticed other than the Custom Forms issue that originally brought me here.

So, thanks again for your input, and for your very helpful plugin. I appreciate you offering to look into it. I look forward to hearing your feedback.

    Kind Regards,

    Jacquie …
