I tried to create a new calculator and it still did not display. I event created a new webpage and added the new calculator to it, but this would still not display – I just see a space where the calculator should be.

Please check the issue by deactivating all the plugins and activate the WordPress default theme.
We have checked the issue on our testing environments and could not detect any issues.
We have noticed that you are using the WPBakery page builder plugin. Please make sure that the calculator is displayed via the Cost Calculator Builder element [https://prnt.sc/u5d7k8]

HI.
I tried to deactivate the Cost Calculator plugin and reactivated it but still no joy. It is displayed using the builder element as you suggest.
I am very nervous about changing the site theme back to WordPress default because we have developed the site using Woodmart – will we then lose all the work we have done?
