calculated fields form not working right

I have the calculated fields form plugin. It displays most of my calculators correctly, but I cant get it to show number 11. The short code goes like this: [CP_CALCULATED_FIELDS id=”8″], and you replace the number with the calculator you want to show. I even cloned the calculator I want (#11) several times in case there was some bug with just the numebr 11. It doesn’t work. #10 shows #10. #11 shows number 1, #12 shows #1, #13 shows #1. I can delete some of them and just not use more than 10 but this plugin has no option to change the numbers other than just adding more at the end. Can anyone help?
