Calculate on Billing adress

    Hi,

    fee will be calculatet from shipping adress. How can i change it into calculation from billing adress?

    Hi,

    I have added this feature now on plugin settings. Please update the plugin to version 1.1.7 and you can choose whether the shipping or billing address should be used.
