 * Hi,
 * We are using your plugin and it passes info through nicely to the credit card
   checkout. I can’t figure out how we can have the user input the amount they want
   to pay and have your form add a percentage for processing. So if they put in 
   $1000 to pay, the credit card processing screen would show the total as maybe
   $1015 which would include this transaction fee.
 * How can this percentage be added?

 * As I was going over the hosted payment page.
 * At this time FirstData does not have a field to declare a processing fee. It 
   can be done via PHP and you will have to code it. But, you can not pass your 
   processing fees on to your customers.
