After turning Caching On, pressing the Update Status, it shows Caching On. The moment I refresh the page, it’s selected at Caching Off again. Kindly assist. Thank you.

Hello there – if you deactivate all plugins except WP Super Cache and switch your site to a default theme like Twenty Twenty, then does it make a difference when you try to turn the Caching On?

Thanks for the reply. I did as you told. No, it does not make a difference.

I deactivated the plugin, uninstalled it then install it again. It works now. Thanks Animesh.

Hello there – It’s great to hear that you were able to resolve the issue! Thanks for deactivating, uninstall, and reinstall the plugin. Sometimes only turning off and on does the job perfectly. 😉

If you encounter any more issues or have questions in the future, feel free to reach out. Appreciate your efforts in troubleshooting!

I’m having this issue and nothing mentioned above seems to help. I’ve tried disabling/enabling, uninstalling/installing, file permissions, etc. Nothing fixes this problem and it’s frustrating because it’s works so perfectly on my local dev environment.
