 * Hi,
 * I have a dilema with some files being publicized by plugins, for example Revolution
   Slider plugin. It has files like:
 *     ```
       revslider/rs-plugin/assets/bullet.png
       revslider/rs-plugin/assets/large_left.png
       revslider/rs-plugin/assets/large_right.png
       ```
 * that are not being cached. How to force W3C to cache them? Is there any way?
 * The plugin version is 0.9.4.1.
 * Thanks!
