Caching Options

    Hello,

    I recently migrated from a shared server to a dedicated server. I have had a license key for some time now. The plugin works well with minimal issues. I tried to explore more of the dedicated options and I am not able to select any of the dedicated “Opcode” options. My license key says “License key is correct.” when I validate it. Is there a reason why I can’t select some of these options?

    Hello @ryanr2021

    Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
    W3 Total Cache checks for PHP module so please check with your host if the module is installed (potentially you need to restart your server).
    Also check the php.ini if opcode cache is enabled.
    This is also the cache with Memcached or Redis.
