Caching depending on a cookie

    Hello there,

    I am the developer of the WP Retina 2x plugin, and I’d like people to be able to use W3 Total Cache along with my plugin. It is working perfectly with Cloudflare, Google PageSpeed Service and a few CDNs, that would be great if I could add this one too 😉

    We can’t detect Retina users by theirs user-agents. In my plugin, I set and use a special cookie so that the server is aware of the visit of someone using a Retina display.

    I noticed this plugin uses w3tc_referrer, so maybe I could trick it and set it myself, or maybe append Retina at the end to create another caching “realm”? 😉

    What would be the best solution?
