 * This plugin is causing a problem on our site. We were having the same problem
   with WP Rocket as well. Users will sometimes (but not always) be unable to login
   to the site. They will be told their username is incorrect. Its weird though,
   because sometimes these users ARE logged in, but they can’t get past the login
   page unless they change the url to a specific page on the site. Sometimes new
   users can’t register either.
 * Login and registration is done through our core plugin called PeepSo, a social
   media plugin. PeepSo suggested just stop using on-site caching, but the site
   runs slow without it.
 * Any idea what specific setting could be causing this issue? The problem was happening
   when I had page cache, object cache, database cache, and browser cache enabled.
   Would one of these 4 settings be a more likely culprit?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fcaching-causing-problems%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hello [@cthornton582](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cthornton582/)
 * I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you
   with this.
    Well if there are two Major Caching plugins that are not working
   well with some other plugin, possibly the issue is not with the caching plugins
   bit the other plugins’ ability to work with caching. Be that as it may, the first
   thing to determine is which setting might be causing this. TO do this you need
   to enable W3 Total Cache and test the settings one by one. First, start with
   just Browser Cache enabled (as I can see it’s a major issue when testing). If
   the issue is gone, enable Page Caching. Now for the format of your website Page
   Caching might be not the best solution, so you should try without it and if you
   enable it you should enable the “Don’t cache pages for logged in users” option
   in Performance>Page Cache. Thank you!

 * Yeah I’ve isolated the issue to page caching and/or browser caching. The problem
   exists when either one of them is enabled. However, I got in touch with the CTO
   of our core plugin, PeepSo, and they just recently began talks with W3 to try
   and improve the compatibility of the two plugins because the interference between
   the two plugins is known. Thanks!

 * Hello [@cthornton582](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cthornton582/)
 * Thank you for your patience.
    We spoke with the Peepso team and they’ve released
   a new version of the plugin. In this version, there is an option in Peepso settings:
   Advanced / Login Security: Login nonce check. The point of the latest option
   is to disable nonce for logged in users. Please see if this solution helps. THank
   you!
