Hi, is this plugin compatible with Wp Engine Caching system?
    godinv3.staging.wpengine.com

Will it still use their Evercache technology.

    Thank you

The cache on any provider works the same way.
It creates a copy of your final html basically, so yes, it works as usual.

What I haven’t tested is if purging the cache on FVM, also purges their cache (although it should be working).

Also note, that there is a limit of how frequently you can purge wpengine cache. Even if you hit the button hundreds of times, it’s only 1 per 5 or 15 minutes.

That’s why you should use a plugin like w3 total cache and choose a provider without a cache layer like wpengine, since you would then have more control over cache.

Ok, how come FVM have a cache enabled ? Is this backend cache or front end cache ? I want only to use Wp engine cache on front end.

    thank you.

FVM has no cache at all, you are misreading what I said.

What I said is that FVM has the ability to purge other plugins cache, including wpengine, “IF” you click on that option on the plugin status page.

FVM itself, needs to merge css and js files into static files, that’s how it works.
But it won’t cache your html in any way, that’s for whatever cache system you use, being wpengine or another plugin.

    great, thank you 🙂
