Cache template location

I was developing a site locally with a path of /var/www/. When I moved it to a staging server the filepath was different (/home/sites/) however, although I updated all instanced of /var/www to /home/sites in the database, Nextgen gallery is still trying to load a template from /var/www.
The result is a message wherever I try to use the shortcode: [Not a valid template]
When debugging this I print out $template_name and the filepath starts with /var/www. Where is this stored and how can I correct it? I’ve tried completely removing the plugin but this has not worked.
