 * I’ve installed your plugin, upgraded to the premium… When I activate the cache
   system, the css of my site design is completely destroyed. With it turned of,
   all is fine. This is clearly a problem as I bought this to be a cache plugin 
   and that’s the one thing it can’t do! Please advise on what to do.
